This month, our regular column in the Target series focuses on some of our best Select bakers and the local windmills around Lincolnshire.

Charlotte looks at our very own Steve Rowland from the Generous Baker. An avid campaigner of 'real food', Steve only uses the best Lincolnshire ingredients in his products.
The article also features Alford Five Sailed Windmill and the only eight sailed windmill in the UK, Heckington Windmill.
