SELECT MEMBER MEETING - NOVEMBER


The next Select Member meeting will be on Tuesday 18th November, 10.30am-12.30pm, Springfields Events Centre, Spalding.

This month's speakers are Ed Lamb from G-Step and Mark Barratt from Paperwork UK.

Ed will cover accessing data such as where most of your customers come from and how to utilise this information to support your business. He will also cover how to obtain funding to use this sort of data. Don't think its for you? You'd be surprised what sort of data you can access, so why not come a long and listen to Ed?

Mark will be covering Labelling software and with the impending change in the Allergen Law, he will also cover Allergen printing. If you missed our earlier Allergen Law workshop with Rachel Linstead, this may be a good event to attend.

WORKING FORUM - DEBT RECOVERY AND BUSINESS CONTRACTS

We are delighted to invite you to our first Select Lincolnshire working forum of the year, regarding the management of debt and contracts within your business.

Packed with practical tips and advice, our forums aim to provide you with a wealth of information to equip you and your business with the right tools needed to develop and grow.

Our first event on Wednesday 19 March will take place at the home of our event sponsors, Roythornes LLP in Spalding.

What's on offer?
Roythornes will give you a whistle stop tour of debt recovery and the processes involved in chasing the cash you are owed. You will be able to instantly implement the advice offered to reduce your level of bad debt whilst understanding all the options that are open to you when customers aren’t forthcoming with the cash they owe.

Mike Mathews, Solicitor within the companies Commerce team will also provide an insight into the key elements of contracts. He will cover why you should have them in place and what you can do to ensure protection throughout all business transactions.
