FARM SHOP & DELI SHOW 2015


From the 20 – 22 April 2015, Farm Shop & Deli Show will once again be opening its doors at Birmingham’s NEC to thousands of key buyers from the specialty retail sector, who will sample, taste and explore the offerings from over 250 suppliers. Situated alongside a number of market leading trade shows, Farm Shop & Deli Show attracts decision makers countrywide, from farm shops, delicatessens, garden centres, restaurants, speciality food halls, coffee shop, cafés, butcheries and bakeries.

Since its inception, the Farm Shop & Deli Show has been the forefront of fine food and drink industry which is experiencing unprecedented growth as consumers rediscover their love for quality, local and regional produce. Providing a platform to spearhead innovation, the show has been used as a launch pad for some of the industry’s most imaginative product launches that have inspired the nation to experiment with their food choices. 2015 promises the same.

Exhibitors to Farm Shop & Deli Show hail from across the breadth of the sector – Olives Et Al, Bon Bons, Real Coffee Bag, Yum Yum Bros, Jin's Paleo Treats, Oast To Host and Ancient Recipes are some names showcasing their wares at the event. Jack Halliday, the show director said “This year’s Farm Shop & Deli Show will be five times bigger than when it was launched, and will once again be brimming with innovation and inspiration. It is not just a stand-out event in the speciality food industry’s calendar, it’s the must-attend event.”

The 2015 show will also be growing its machinery, packaging and equipment offering, along with knives, furniture and flooring. Already signed are Robot Coupe, UNOX, Bizerba, B Smith Packaging, Tinware Direct, Avery Berkel, Reiser, Multivac, Twist Furniture, Syspal, Catering Equipment, Enterpack and R H Packaging. 

Key decision makers from across the whole industry will once again use the show as an opportunity to source quality products and fast-track their businesses.

The show will also host a series of exciting and inspiring events, such as:

  • Farm Shop & Deli Awards: In association with Olives Et Al, the awards recognise the very best standards in speciality retail market, celebrating the highest level of service, product knowledge, initiative, innovation and community involvement. This year we had over 6,000 entries and judges will be visiting the shortlisted entrants in December and January. The Category winners will be announced in February and the Regional winners in March. The Overall Retailer of the Year will be announced at the show, on Monday 20th April.
  • Farm Shop & Deli Live: Brings attendees face-to-face with those at the heart of the industry. With a diary packed full of seminars offering everything from tasting sessions and live panel debates to masterclasses and interviews, visitors will be able to show their skills and learn new ones in a bid to help improve their businesses.
  • Dragon’s Pantry: This year will also see the return of the hugely popular Dragons’ Pantry, where daring entrepreneurs can pitch their new products and ideas to our panel of expert dragons. Farm Shop & Deli Show will inform, invigorate and inspire you to ensure your business remains profitable and efficient.
  • Great New Idea: The show will play host to Great New Ideas launched within the speciality retail market. Last year's winner, Yorkshire-based Fine Cheeses Ltd, won this award for their highly innovative Charcoal Cheese.


BRAND NEW FOR 2015: Cheese & Charcuterie Counters
The Cheese & Charcuterie Counters is a dedicated product sourcing area within Farm Shop & Deli Show. This new offering will be THE place for visitors looking to discover exciting products. When you register for Farm Shop & Deli Show, your free visitor badge will allow you access to National Convenience Show, conveniently located in adjoining halls at the NEC in Birmingham.
