FOOD MANUFACTURERS - IMPROVE YOUR RESOURCE EFFICENCY
On Tuesday 20th May, SustainLincolnshire will be offering FREE help for small businesses.
The event will take place at the National Centre for Food Manufacturing at the University of Lincoln, Holbeach Campus.
The session begins at 9.00am with registration; a chance to network and enjoy a breakfast roll.
From 9.30am, the real fun begins with an Introduction from Richard Turner from the University of Lincoln, leading straight into four presentations:
9.35am - How Resource efficient is your business? Demonstration of measurement equipment on free loan to small food manufacturers - Richard Turner
9.45am - Free advice on resource efficiency from PECT: find out how to get it - Andrew Jackson, PECT Consultancy Ltd
10.15am - Keep it legal: food product labelling rules and regulations - Linda McWatt, NCFM
10.30am - Tap into innovation funding from the Technology Strategy Board: £50k won by NCFM for local small food companies so far. Find out how to boost funding for your business. - Richard Turner
10.45am - Discussion
