FARMER DONATES SURPLUS CROP TO FOOD CHARITY



Lincolnshire leek farmer, and new Select Lincolnshire member, Tim Casey of J&V Casey and Son has teamed up with food waste campaigners to harvest surplus crops and donate them to local charities.

Tim, who farms at Dogdyke near Boston spoke to Farmers Weekly about his decision to join forces with the charity The Gleaning Network.
