'THE LINCOLNSHIRE CHEF' ENTERS GUILD OF MASTER CRAFTSMEN

Steven Bennett of the Comfy Duck restaurant at The Oaklands Hall Hotel in Laceby, has been invited into The Guild of Master Craftsmen.

Steven is the operations director at The Oaklands Hall Hotel and recently brought a new fine dining option to the area with the Comfy Duck restaurant on site, all whilst running his own catering business.

Previously Perfect Palate Solutions, the newly re branded 'The Lincolnshire Chef' with the timing ideal as this prestigious stamp of approval is received.


Steven commented: "I feel that it is a great accolade. I must admit it is not a guild I heard of, but it is the oldest in the country! It makes you think about a lot more you can do, and it is great for the area as well." [Quote taken from the Grimsby Telegraph website]
