New food allergen legislation is coming into force in December 2014!

These regulations will affect all food related businesses, no matter what the size.

With the trend of more people suffering from food intolerance and allergic reactions to certain foods it’s paramount that food businesses are able to respond to the changing needs of their customers.

The aim of this workshop is to help you get ready for this new legislation, the areas we will cover are:
