NEW MEMBER SPOTLIGHT – FENBAKE

Fenbake is a small bakery business nestled in the heart of the Lincolnshire Fenlands, it was launched in 2006.

 Its main focus is making Fen Oaties. These are individually wrapped or multipacks, wholesome, tasty oat snacks made with locally sourced ingredients. They are sold in a variety of places, and you can find them not only in Lincoln Cathedral Café, but also the cafes at Ely and Peterborough Cathedral too, plus local farm shops.

As well as producing their own products, Fenbake also runs fun teaching classes too. Youbake is a brand new arm to Fenbake, which is run in a new kitchen.

The idea for Youbake came during a party in the middle of July. And now, it is organising ‘after school’ baking groups for children aged 5 to 11 years.
