This legislation has significant implications for catering
businesses: it makes it a legal requirement to highlight the presence of
ingredients that can cause allergic reactions, and requires you to be able to
give detailed information to customers when requested. We hope that attendance
at one of our sessions will help you achieve compliance with this new law.
The seminars are specifically aimed at the
owners/managers of food businesses, but anyone who works in the kitchen,
particularly if they have responsibility for setting menus and preparing food,
is welcome to attend and should find the session useful.
